Through the booking form we collect: first and last name, phone number, email address, requested dates and pick-up/drop-off locations, driver age, selected extras and any free text you enter. Technically we also record your IP address and language setting.
Solely to process your request, contact you for confirmation, prepare the rental agreement and meet legal obligations (accounting). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Requests that do not lead to a contract are kept for up to 12 months. Data relating to a signed contract is kept for the retention periods required by accounting law.
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise them, write to the email address in the Contact section.
The site uses strictly necessary cookies only: to remember your language choice and to secure the booking form against abuse. We do not use advertising trackers.
Data is stored on a secured server. Only authorised staff can access booking requests.
